I recently had the pleasure of reconnecting with Lakshmi Rengarajan on Celebrations Chatter, someone I first met years ago when she was helping employees at WeWork develop better workplace relationships. Today, Lakshmi is focused on "later dating" - helping people in their 40s and 50s navigate relationships in our modern, technology-driven world.

Lakshmi shared a wide range of practical advice and tactics people can use to improve their relationships, but one that stood out to me was her emphasis on rituals. Whether scheduling weekly calls with friends or regular check-ins with work colleagues, consistent touchpoints help build and maintain stronger connections.
